This extraordinary fundraiser unites hockey enthusiasts, families, and supporters in a shared mission to make a lasting impact. The event supports vital research and wellness programs at **Roswell Park**, **Make-A-Wish WNY**, **Camp Good Days**, **Oishei Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Program**, and **The Petey Fund**, bringing hope and support to those who need it most.

I'm playing for my maternal grandfather who passed in 2012; Herb Harrison, my paternal grandfather; Carmen Palma, who received a liver donation in 2020, my step father; Mike Barone who is in remission, my mother in law who is currently battling; Louise Kieffer, her partner who is currently battling; Peter Pagliaccio, a close friend in Sara Matthews who we abruptly lost in 2023 and fellow Teamster and UPSer, Steve Reddein who we lost in 2024.

The 11 Day Powerplay isn't just about playing hockey-it's about coming together as a community to create meaningful change. Whether you're lacing up your skates or cheering from the stands, your participation helps fund groundbreaking research, grant life-changing wishes, and provide resources for patients and families.

Our team will also be having a meat raffle on Sunday, May 18th, starting at 12pm and a golf event TBD. I will update when I find out more information regarding golfing. Please reach out to me if interested in these events!
