11 Day Power Play

Cameron And Owen Chase

Cameron and Owen Chase

Cameron and Owen will once again be playing a Community Shift to help put cancer on ice. As most know, Owen was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on Dec. 20th, 2018 at the age of 4. He endured over 2 and 1/2 years of chemotherapy, steroids and various other treatments at both Oishei Children's Hospital and Roswell Park Cancer Institute. He rang the Cancer Victory Bell a year ago and continues to amaze us with his strength, determination and stubbornness. From the start of his diagnosis, we always said we would look for a way to help other families in our situation. The 11 Day Power Play has given us the perfect avenue to repay some of the organizations that have supported us on his journey. Proceeds from the 11 Day go to programs at Oishei Children's Hospital and Roswell Park Cancer InstItute. Also benefiting is Make A Wish and Camp Good Days and Special Times. All of these organizations have done amazing things for all the Warriors in our area plus the boys get to do something they love, playing hockey! Thank you in advance for your help, and as always…#OwenStrong 💙🧡

I need your support! I am playing in #11DPP Community Shift this summer. It will be a grueling three hour shift but nothing compared to what cancer patients endure. Please support me to #PutCancerOnIce. Proceeds of the event will support cutting-edge cancer research and wellness programs at Roswell Park, Make-A-Wish WNY, Camp Good Days and Roswell Park and Oishei Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Program.
