At the age of 19 I was diagnosed with Burkitts Lymphoma. Following my diagnosis I received treatment at Roswell Park where my own experiences developed my passion for cancer research. Currently I am a PhD student at Roswell Park focusing my own everyday efforts on research in the field of Photodynamic Therapy. As a cancer survivor myself I know how a cancer diagnosis can impact both patients and their families. My goal is to spend my life conducting my own grant funded research to improve the treatment of cancer patients such as myself.

In support of Roswell Park and cancer research, I am once again playing in the 11 Day Power Play #11DPP and would appreciate any support from my friends and family!
